Remember that saying ‘be careful what you ask for’? TikTok influencer Brenay Kennard is saying the $1.75 million dollar lawsuit wasn’t worth it.
A North Carolina jury has ordered TikTok influencer Brenay Kennard to pay $1.75 million after finding her liable for criminal conversation and alienation of affection. The lawsuit claimed Kennard had an affair with her manager, Tim Montague, which ultimately triggered the dissolution of his marriage to Akira Montague. According to Akira Montague the affair between Brenay Kennard and her husband, Tim, who is Kennard’s estranged husband’s cousin caused “mental anguish, damage to her health and deprived her children of a two-parent household.”
Tim Montague and Brenay Kennard appeared on the “Tamron Hall Show,” and Brenay had a lot to say after she was ordered to pay a $1.75 million judgment to Tim’s ex-wife Akira Montague. Brenay told Tamron that the love wasn’t worth over a million dollars, but the lawsuit has actually brought her and Tim closer.
Brenay Kennard is standing ten toes down on the lawsuit that she say’s she has no intention on paying.
