When people think of the legendary Magic City is Atlanta the first thought that comes to mind is strip club. So when the Atlanta Hawks came up with the promotional idea of having a ‘Magic City Monday’, the first thing that came to peoples minds as well as the head league office of the NBA was stripper coming down from the rafters. So the NBA league officials announced they canceled the Hawks’ planned “Magic City Monday” in-arena promotion, which had been scheduled for March 16 during Atlanta’s home game against the Orlando Magic. Many were upset because they thought the promotion was demeaning to woman, while some are upset because it’s not going to happen. The legendary owner of ‘Magic City’, Mr. Magic, is saying look everyone is blowing this all out of proportion and what was going to happen is going to happen just without a title.
