T.I. Arrested At ATL Airport Only To Find Out It Was Mistaken Identity [VIDEO]

You would think that T.I., who is the King of the ATL, not only as a rapper, Trap music originator and philanthropist, couldn’t be mistaken for someone else, in his own hometown.

Rapper T.I. was arrested Sunday at the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Airport because his government name, Clifford Harris, is the same as a man with who is wanted on a warrant in Baltimore, Maryland.  Clifford Harris of Baltimore, Maryland is wanted for alleged involvement in violent behavior toward a woman, stalking, and possibly involving a gun.

T.I. was taken from the airport to Clayton County Jail. Since the warrant was issued out of state, the arrest triggered an automatic extradition hearing.  His attorney had to contact the Sheriffs and T.I. was finally released after 2 hours.
