Singer Ne-Yo Is No Longer Lying To Himself, Monogamy Is Not For Him [VIDEO]

Break out the champagne, everybody get a glass, singer Ne-Yo is proclaiming he is no longer lying to himself, he is not a one woman man but rather a multiple woman man.

Ne-Yo sat down for an interview on The Lemon Drop Show and said monogamy is not for him. According to Ne-Yo monogamy is something pushed by society and that he spent a lot of time lying in relationship trying to fit into a box. He’s says when he started being himself, he realized he would attract likeminded individuals.

“Society tells you that you’re supposed to be with one person.  You get married and y’all supposed to be together forever — I am not sh*tting on marriage. I’m not shitting on anyone who has figured out how to make that thing work for them. Again, everything’s not for everybody. Monogamy is for you. It’s not for me.”

According to Ne-Yo his 2022 divorce from ex-wife Crystal Renay Williams is what made him step into his truth.
