The next person taking aim at 50 Cent is Diddy’s former videographer who is claiming the leaked footage from the documentary was taken without permission.
In a statement first provided to Rolling Stone, videographer Michael Oberlies blasted the use of the material, claiming it was taken without permission while he was out of state and was never meant for the public. “Taking footage intended for our project to advance a narrative that was not our own is both unethical and unacceptable,” Oberlies said, making it clear that the leaked videos were pulled from a long-form documentary he and his team had quietly been working on for more than two years. The footage “was never cleared for release”
