RHOA Drew Sidora Has To Get Out Her House After Judge Declines To Reverse His Decision

Reportedly a judge ordered RHOA peach holder Drew Sidora must be out of the home by May 31, 2026. The judge said due to the “current financial circumstances of the parties,” until Drew leaves the home, they will continue splitting the expenses.  Drew and Ralph will share joint legal custody of their kids.  This decision came following claims that their kids had excessive absences from school while Drew Sidora had primary custody of them.

Drew Sidora then asked the judge to reverse an order requiring her to move out of the marital home by the end of next month. She told the court she does not have the “financial resources” to secure a new place and could be “homeless” if the decision is not reconsidered.  According to TMZ,  court documents show the income difference between Drew Sidora and her estranged husband Ralph Pittman.  With Drew Sidora bringing in an average of $12,066 per month, while Ralph reportedly earns $71,524 per month.

That brings us now, a judge wasn’t trying to hear Drew Sidora’s plight not even giving her the option of the basement, but to only get out…

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the judge was not persuaded by Drew Sidora’s recent request to reconsider the prior decision ordering her to vacate the Georgia residence. The court denied her motion, allowing the previous order to remain in place.
