Ray J Say’s He’s Helping The Feds Build a RICO Case Worse Than Diddy’s Against Kim Kardashian And Kris Jenner [VIDEO]

Oh my Ray J is spilling tea that he is helping the Fed’s build a RICO case, worse than Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, against Kim Kardashian and her queen of spin mother Kris Jenner.  Ray J’s RICO allegations are primarily based on his claim that the sex tape was not leaked, but rather an orchestrated, “partnered” deal with the family to help launch Kim’s career.

Kim Kardashian and Ray J link stems from their romantic involvement in the early 2000s, which culminated in the 2007 release of their infamous sex tape.  On an Instagram reel posted to the Livebitez account, Ray J is quoted alleging that a RICO case against the Kardashians would be “worse than Diddy’s”. The post comes months after Ray J openly criticized the RICO charges filed against Sean “Diddy” Combs, stating that charges against the Kardashian family would be more believable.

In an interview with Cam Newton in July 2025, Ray J admitted he uses public conflict to “crash” his reputation on purpose in order to generate more engagement. This has led to speculation that his RICO claim is another calculated move for attention.

No official reports from law enforcement have confirmed Ray J’s claim of working with federal agents.
