Prayers: U.S. Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee Has Passed At 74

Prayers are in order as it has been reported that Texas Democratic U.S. Congresswoman Sheila Jackson has passed away at the age of 74.

Sheila Jackson Lee 18th Congressional District of Texas, for 30 years. in 2012 was diagnosed with breast cancer that she beat after being treated.  Then back in June Congresswoman Sheila Jackson made an announcement that she had been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.

Representative Sheila Jackson Lee is survived by her husband, Elwyn Lee, and her two children, Jason Lee, her two grandchildren, Ellison Bennett Carter, and Roy Lee Carter.

We will be keeping the family, friends, constituents and colleagues of Representative Sheila Jackson Lee uplifted in our prayers.
