Prayers: Snoop Dogg’s Granddaughter ‘Codi’ Has Passed Away At 10 Months Old

Prayers are in order as it has been reported that Snoop Dogg’s granddaughter ‘Codi’ has passed away at 10 months old. Snoop Dogg showed public support for his daughter, Cori Broadus, after she revealed her baby girl passed away just three weeks after being released from the NICU.

We had reported a few weeks back that Snoop Dogg’s daughter, Cori Broadus was celebrating the moment she’s been praying for bringing her baby girl ‘Codi’ home after nearly a year of hospital care, being discharged following a 10-month stay in the NICU after arriving at just 25 weeks in February 2025.  According to Cori Broadus she went to the doctors on Thursday, Feb. 27, because she thought she “just had a bad case of gas,” when doctors told her she was developing HELLP syndrome. HELLP stands for Hemolysis (the process of red blood cell destruction), Elevated Liver enzymes and Low Platelets. It is a “life-threatening pregnancy complication usually considered to be a variant of preeclampsia,” and it usually occurs during the later stages of pregnancy or shortly after childbirth, per the Preeclampsia foundation.
