Prayers: L&HH Star Masika Kalysha Estranged Husband Has Passed Following An Accident [VIDEO]

Just because people marriage doesn’t work doesn’t mean love is lost.  Prayers are in order as “Love & Hip-Hop” star Masika Kalysha, announced via her social media the unexpected passing of her estranged husband, Jamar Champ.

“God woke me up at 2:00 a.m…I couldn’t sleep. I didn’t know why. Jesus Christ, I received the [worst] news of my life. Pray for me and my kids, please,”

Masika issued a statement to The Shade Room, confirming the bad news that Champ was killed Tuesday when his Cybertruck got into a three-vehicle crash in Houston, Texas.  According to family via KHOU-11, 38 year old Jamar Champ was the driver of a distinctive Cybertruck who Houston Police Department says was struck and killed overnight by a wrong way driver on I-10. That driver also died. Champ is remembered as a devoted father and friend.

Masika Kalysha and Jamar Champ were married in 2021 sharing a daughter, Amari as well as Champ being a present co-parent in the life of Masika’s oldest daughter, Khari, whom she shares with Fetty Wap.
