Police Investigate Fight Involving Art McCoy And East Cleveland City Council President [VIDEO]

Cleveland Heights police are investigating an alleged fight between, Art McKoy, founder of Black on Black Crime, Inc. and East Cleveland City Council President Twon Billings, that left McCoy bloodied with a broken nose and concussion. 

On June, 17th council president Twon Billings walked into Cleveland Heights Home Depot when he was allegedly approached by Art McCoy.  According to a video posted by Art McCoy he and Billings had a conversation that Billings wasn’t happy with when Billings allegedly attacked McCoy.  According to Billings, McCoy was the aggressor.

Cleveland Heights Fire Department transported Art McKoy to a local hospital.  Art McKoy’s family on Tuesday said they filed a police report with the city of Cleveland Heights; however, no formal charges have been filed.
