Philly Sanitation Department Driver Plowing Snow Goes Viral On A Cussing Rant While Burying Parked Cars In Snow  [VIDEO]

As people that where caught up in this past weekends snow storm have been struggling to dig themselves out and fight over someone possibly taking there spot if they move out of the spot they cleared out, a Philadelphia sanitation department driver that was out plowing in the aftermath of the storm went viral for going on a cussing rant while burying peoples parked car in more snow.

The incident occurred Monday, Jan. 26, a day after more than nine inches of snow fell on Philadelphia. The 35-second clip shows an unidentified driver plowing snow on parked vehicles as he travels down Allegheny Avenue.

“If your car look like this just go and head the f— back in the house. Just go in the house.” He then laughs before adding, “If I can’t drive, you b—-es can’t drive,” followed by, “Happy snow day motherf—er. We tearing this s— up.”

According to Carlton Williams, director of the city’s Clean and Green initiative.

“The city of Philadelphia does not tolerate this type of behavior and if it occurs, we will address it immediately.”

Officials also said residents that have incidents involving city employees can report them through Philadelphia’s 311 system, or by calling 911 if there is an immediate emergency.
