Philly Dollar Tree Leg Jacker Has Turned Himself In [VIDEO]

Philadelphia police and Philly native, rapper Meek Mill were on the hunt for a man who was wearing a t-shirt with a candy cane on it that read ‘It’s Not Going To Lick Itself’ after the man was pleasuring himself in a Dollar Tree then released himself on a female shoppers leg.  The victim posted a video on X formerly known as Twitter.  Meek Mill reposted the video with a message that the hunt was on and he was offering a $2,000 reward for info on the suspect. 

Well it seems that all the Meek Mill bringing attention to the story turned up the heat leading the random ejaculator to turn himself in.

According to reports authorities confirmed 35-year-old Gary A. Miles from Southwest Philly is now in custody after voluntarily surrendering to authorities Wednesday evening.  Employees told police that Miles was known to hang around the plaza where the incident happened.  

Gary A. Miles has been charged with Indecent Assault, Indecent Exposure, Open Lewdness, and Harassment.  Also because Mr. Miles turned himself in Meek Mill gets to keep his bounty.
