Patti LaBelle Admits That She Was Wrong About Jazmine Sullivan [VIDEO]

When you do wrong all we can do as adults is apologize and move on.  Today must be the day for celebrity public testimonies, as the woman with  the voice that is touched by heaven, Patti LaBelle, admitted today that she thought someone didn’t like her and she felt some kind of way about it.  But, who doesn’t like Patti LaBelle!?

Patti LaBelle thought that another singer, a younger version of her, Grammy award winning singer Jazmine Sullivan didn’t like her.  Ms. Patti shared the story of her misconception of Jazmine Sullivan in a recent Podcast called ‘Drink Champs’.

“I thought Jazmine Sullivan hated me.” …”whenever I would see her, she’s shy and I would give her all these props and stuff and I’d say ‘baby girl don’t like me.’ My feelings were hurt until last week.” ““When we talked on the phone she said ‘Patti LaBelle you’re my everything.’ She said ‘I love you so much I get shy when I’m around you.’ So you see how things are misunderstood in this business so ugly business and sometimes people wanna make us hate each other and say ‘oh, she don’t like her.’”

So after Patti LaBell and Jazmine Sullivan cleared that misconception up, Ms. Patti said for the first time in 15 years she was going to record a record with Jazmine Sullivan.

Now those two together on paper sounds like a ‘Masterpiece’…We can smell the Grammy already!!
