Pardoned Capitol Rioter Charged With Threatening To Kill Hakeem Jeffries At NYC Event [VIDEO]

In other Donald Trump pardoning news, while we wait to see if the word on TMZ streets is true that Trump is considering pardoning Diddy, while The White House denies it, someone that Donald Trump did pardon Capitol rioter Christopher Moynihan has been arrested again and charged with threatening to kill House Minority Leader of the United States House of Representatives, Hakeem Jefferies at an event in New York City.

According to court documents obtained by CBS News said Christopher Moynihan was arrested Sunday after saying in text messages that he planned to “eliminate” Democrat Hakeem Jeffries when he spoke at an event at the Economic Club in New York City on Monday.

Allegedly Christopher Moynihan wrote:

“Hakeem Jeffries makes a speech in a few days in NYC I cannot allow this terrorist to live.”  “Even if I am hated, he must be eliminated, I will kill him for the future,”

In a statement Hakeem Jeffries noted that Moynihan had been pardoned by Mr. Trump on his first day in office and that “many of the criminals released have committed additional crimes throughout the country.” But Jeffries added that “threats of violence will not stop us from showing up, standing up and speaking up for the American people.”

Christopher Moynihan faces a felony charge of making a terroristic threat, was arraigned Tuesday and entered a plea of not guilty.
