Octavia Spencer Is Summoning Prayer Warriors Following The Death Of Her Nephew

We always talk about it is a parents worst nightmare to have to bury their child, especially if the child is young and it is unexpected.  Unfortunately there are parents that have to live this nightmare, but sometimes we forget about other family members that are walking in the nightmare as well.

52 year old, Academy Award winning actress Octavia Spencer has taken to her social media to summon prayer warriors, while grieving the loss of her nephew.  According to Octavia Spencer’s post one her five sisters lost their only child.

“Grief. You wouldn’t know it by this picture that today was the second worst day of my life. My family lost the first of the next generation of us, and we’re gutted,” “Grief is the most terrifying of emotions because I can’t laugh my way out of it. I have to feel. Right now, I’m feeling for my sister who lost her only son. Her only child. If you’re praying people, pray for her and my brother in law.”

Octavia Spencer turned the comments off on her post, because we all know that praying people don’t need to post to pray.  Amen? 

No other details are given about her nephew or the circumstances of his death.  

We will be keeping Octavia Spencer as well as her family uplifted in our prayers during this extremely difficult time.
