Nicki Minaj Arrest Warrant Request Denied !! [VIDEO]

Shocking news was reported that Nicki Minaj is being sued for assault, battery and “intentional infliction of emotional distress” by a man who alleges the Grammy-nominated rapper struck him in the face during a confrontation in Detroit. Brandon Garrett, who claims he was working as Nicki’s manager during her tour earlier this year when she got physical with him.  Allegedly a warrant was being issued for Nicki Minaj’s arrest.  This all went down the same night a fan throw something at Nicki Minaj and the Pink Barbie threw it back.

But news today is that Nicki Minaj is not going to be arrested…

A spokesperson for the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office tells TMZ … they have reviewed the warrant request from the Detroit Police Department but have chosen to deny it due to “insufficient evidence” proving a crime had been committed.
