Mother Dies After Dominican Republic Cosmetic Surgery Goes Bad [VIDEO]

Everybody does every thing for ‘The Gram’ but they use things like I just want to feel better about myself when if they told the truth they just want to look like some Instagram model they seen while scrolling.  Lately celebrities have been speaking up about the dangers of having cosmetic surgery especially if it’s not a ‘real’ doctor and/or not being able to afford the surgery people have been flocking to Florida as well as other places only to find themselves later on ‘My Killer Body with K. Michelle‘ because their new body is killing them…literally.

Unfortunately for the 31 year old mother of a two year old, Shacare Terry, she paid for that killer body with her life after she traveled from rom Indiana to the Dominican Republic with a close friend for cosmetic surgery.

Shacare Terry and her childhood friend, underwent surgeries for a Brazilian butt lift (BBL) and tummy tuck earlier this month in Dominican Republic. Dr. Jose Desena at Instituto Medico San Lucas performed both surgeries during their trip. Shacare Terry’s friend was still in a lot of pain on the second day but the friend noticed Shacare struggled more than she did.  The following day they returned to the doctor who said Shacare was “fine” and that her body just needed rest after the BBL and tummy tuck then sedated her. Allegedly  Shacare then had trouble breathing independently and had to be put on dialysis. By then, Williams had already contacted Terry’s family about what was going on.  Shacare’s mother called the clinic to get answers about her daughter’s condition, only to get the run around before it was confirmed that Shacare had passed away April 21st.

An autopsy performed in the DR found that Shacare died of pulmonary edema, cerebral edema and respiratory failure. The family of Shacare will be getting a private autopsy of their own. Read More

We will be keeping the family and friends of Shacare Terry uplifted in our prayers.
