Mo’Nique VS. D.L. Hughley and Their Receipts

Comedians Mo’Nique and D.L. Hughley are having a battle royal on social media and it is not meant to make you laugh.

Comedian and Oscar award winning actress Mo’Nique weathered the black ball storm.  After rapper/genius television producer Curtis ’50 Cent’ Jackson witnessed Mo’Nique’s stand-up greatness, took to his social media and put the alleged black ballers on notice to apologize to her while promising to put her back on.  The result was she received an apology from Lee Daniels and landed a gig on Starz Power Universe.

But that was last moth, this month, Mo’Nique took the stage at The Comedy Explosion at the Fox Theater in Detroit, Michigan and put D.L. Hughley on full blast.

“That’s what the motherf***ing contract says, Mo’Nique is to be the last motherf***ing person on the Godd**n stage. She is the headliner. That’s what I signed the contract for,” 

Before then referencing D.L. Hughley as:

“coon” and a “b***h n***a.” 

Then the cherry on the cake was:

“Your name is D.L. what the f**k it stand for? How far you bending over…”

Of course some people at the show hit record then post, which prompted a response from D.L.

“All you have to do is check the order of names on the ticket stub from last night and you’ll see who’s confused,” “Against my better judgment, over the objections of my team and 4 other occasions where I said NO, I decided to take a chance and work with Monique….”

The battle on social media between the two has been on and poppin ever since.
