Missy Elliott Drops New Music & Video ‘Throw It Back’

On Monday MTV is presenting Missy ‘Misdemeanor’ Elliott with their 2019 lifetime achievement award, Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award. And to some young hip hop heads that might not understand why, Missy dropped new music and an official music video titled ‘Throw It Back’ with a cameo appearance made by Teyana Taylor to teach these youngins that if it weren’t for a Missy there wouldn’t be a Teyana.

Oh and by the way new school, you do know throw backs are more valuable than what’s new. #IJS
