Migo Offset Wants Felons To Know Their Voting Rights [VIDEO PSA]

As November 3rd is quickly approaching and there is still a lot of misconceptions as well as misleading information going around in regards to voter rights.  Several entertainers have been using their celebrity status as well as their personal experiences to help others.

Migo star Offset is making news for something other than his family dramas with his wife rapper Cardi B.  Offset shared his own testimony with having a record, about how he overcame voter suppression by partnering up with Rolling Stone for a new get out the vote PSA.

“I feel like basically I just didn’t count. My probation told me that you can’t vote. If you got a felony, it just made me feel like I wasn’t wanted to I wasn’t supposed to be involved,” 

Offset says it was through his famous wife’s encouragement that he voted when he thought voting was impossible for himself discovering that his vote is possible and it does matter.
