Michelle Obama Breaks Silence About Divorce Rumors “I Was Making A Choice For Myself” They Assumed Divorce [VIDEO]

Rumors have been swirling around that our forever FLOTUS & POTUS were heading for spitsville.  Barack Obama while daring folks to “imagine if” at Hamilton College college recently, touched on that rumor slightly.  According to former President Barack Obama he is, “in a deep deficit with my wife” Michelle after eight years in the White House. “….“I have been trying to dig myself out of that hole by doing occasionally fun things,” .

Michelle Obama is now breaking her silence about he alleged word on the street about her and Barack getting a divorce.

Former first lady, Michelle Obama broke her silence recently on Sophia Bush’s podcast ‘Work In Progress’, about her not being at public events at The White House and societies perceptions.

“That’s the thing that we as women, I think… we struggle with disappointing people. I mean, so much so that this year people were… they couldn’t even fathom that I was making a choice for myself that they had to assume that my husband and I are divorcing,”… “This couldn’t be a grown woman just making decisions for herself, right?”

“We start actually, finally going, ‘What am I doing? Who am I doing this for?’ And if it doesn’t fit into the sort of stereotype of what people think we should do, then it gets labeled as something negative and horrible,”
