Congratulations are in order as Starz Power co-creator, rapper 50 Cent, has announced that on August 25th we will witness the explosive end of “Power” with season 6 “The Final Betrayal”, but also gave some hot juicy tea that will keep us Power fans hydrated…the hot new spinoff.
According to rapper 50 Cent, the Queen of R&B herself, Mary J. Blige, will be joining the cast of the Power spinoff titled “Power Book II: Ghost”. According to 50 Cents better half Courtney Kemp, “Power Book II: Ghost”, is officially in preproduction.
Mary J. Blige a bit of a ‘Power’ fan herself is more than qualified for her as she is now a 2 time nominated Academy Award actress, for role in the Netflix smash hit movie “Mudbound”.
So it looks like ‘Power’ will truly never be over at least not for a long time.
