Man Found Not Guilty of Shooting YouTuber [VIDEO]

A prank is typically funny to the prankster, not the prankie.  In this era of clicks, likes and shares the pranks are getting more elaborate, with what was meant to be a joke, often becomes evasive to the unsuspecting prank victim.

YouTube prankster Tanner Cook was shot in the stomach at close range but thankfully survived after trying to prank a stranger in a mall.

a video captures Tanner Cook pranking 31 year old Alan Colie, who’s holding a bag of food he picked up at a food court inside a Virginia mall.  Cook shoved his phone in Colie’s face, which prompted Colie, to fire a gunshot into Cook’s stomach and liver.  Colie was arrested but a jury found him not guilty of aggravated malicious wounding.

Take a look at the video below, then let us know your thoughts.  Should Colie be behind bars?  Or did Cook provoke getting shot?
