Man Arrested For Licking Kids Feet At A Georgia Park!?

What is going on in this world.  We already know that there is nowhere safe in this world from evil, crazy things, however when kids go to a park our fears as parents is that someone might snatch them or harm them but I bet you never thought you would have to worry about some weirdo licking your kids feet.

WHO DOES THAT!?

Allegedly 25 year old, Caurey Rollins of Georgia. 

Caurey Rollins allegedly was hanging around Urban Air Adventure Park in Augusta, GA, when a woman told the owner that the 7 year old she brought told her that Rollins started tickling his feet, he then asked the young boy to take his socks off and started licking them.

Caurey Rollins was arrested and charged with the sexual exploitation of children.
