Look At God! Nicki Minaj’s “Blessings” Debuts at No. 1 On The Gospel Charts

Pink Barbz, Nicki Minaj, has been arguably referred to as the Queen of rap, and her latest track may prove why that title is fighting.  Nicki Minaj has a track of her latest project that has debuted number 1 on Billboards, not Hip Hop chart, but on their GOSPEL chart!!

Congratulations are most definitely in order as it seems that Nicki Minaj has made a successful crossover into the gospel world genre.

According to Billboard, Nicki Minaj’s, track “Blessings” featuring gospel singer Tasha Cobbs Leonard, of her latest album the Pink Friday 2, debuted at No. 1 on the chart, despite the song not being released as an official single. The song marks Minaj’s second collaboration with Leonard, six years after the two released “I’m Getting Ready” from Cobbs Leonard’s Heart. Passion. Pursuit. The latter song also peaked at No. 1 on the Hot Gospel Songs chart.
