Brian McKnight Jr. Asked To Change His Name…Should He? McKnight Jr. Says, No [VIDEO]

Can anything separate you from your family?  How about your kids?  Well it seems the Brian McKnight vs. his older children drama continues.  Brian McKnight suggests Brian McKnight Jr. Change his name, Brian McKnight Jr. says, he doesn’t think so.

Would you change your name, if you were your fathers namesake and he asked you to?

Make a long story short Brian McKnight named his son by his new wife Brian McKnight Jr. although he already had a Brian McKnight Jr. that is now grown with his former wife.  Senior McKnight took to his IG and had this to say about the name decision he made.

“I make absolutely no apologies for naming my infant son Brian. I want him and the world to know that he is the one who is my true legacy. So I’ll be over here continuing to love and protect my wife, and our children, as we continue to love our life.”

According to social media posts by McKnight Sr. he has changed his will with all the drama.

Brian McKnight Jr. the first said it’s not going to happen especially since he has his own son, Brian McKnight Sr’s grandson, Brian McKnight III and the change would be confusing to the III’rd
