Jersey Bus Driver Initiates A Beatdown After Passenger Spits On Him [VIDEO]

You know that motto, the customer is always right?  That’s not a Newark, New Jersey bus drivers motto after he initiated a beatdown on a passenger that allegedly spit on him.

So what happened, was….

New Jersey Transit bus driver, Toron Walker, was arrested after a violent assault on a passenger, which occurred after Walker was reportedly first assaulted by the same individual in which had spit on him.  Allegedly Walker ordered everyone to the back of the bus so they wouldn’t get hurt, before he proceeded to give the passenger a good old fashioned butt whooping.  Passengers that witnessed the beating yelled for him to stop while others captured the viral moment on their cell phones.

According to New Jersey Transit officials the matter is under investigation:

“We can confirm that our driver was assaulted prior to the altercation. We want to take this opportunity to remind everyone that assaulting a transit employee is a serious offense and can result in a fine, jail time and/or a ban from riding the transit system.”

The passenger didn’t have any life threatening injuries but none the less Walker arrested and charged with aggravated assault.

The driver could be heard directing people to the back of the bus to keep them out of harm’s way before he started walloping on the man.
