Inmate Wins $100m Default Judgement Against Diddy For Alleged Sexual Assault

How much more can P. Diddy take!?  Another day, another lawsuit, however in this case a judgement was made against Diddy in the amount of $100 million.

A Michigan man, Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith, won a $100m default judgment on Monday against Sean “Diddy” Combs, after the music mogul failed to appear in court to contest a civil suit accusing him of a 1997 sexual assault.

51 year old Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith, an inmate at the Earnest C. Brooks Correctional Facility, accused Diddy in June of sexually assaulting him during a party in 1997 in the Detroit area.

According to a report, Cardello-Smith felt Combs touch his buttocks while Cardello-Smith was having sex with a woman who was with them.  Cardello-Smith also accused the Bad Boy Founder of spiking his drink.  Carmelo-Smith also claims that Diddy visited him in jail trying to get him to settle the case for $2.3 mil.

Under the judgment, P. Diddy must pay Cardello-Smith, $10m per month beginning in October.

According to P. Diddy’s lawyer, Marc Agnifilo

“This man is a convicted felon and sexual predator, who has been sentenced on 14 counts of sexual assault and kidnapping over the last 26 years,”  “His resume now includes committing a fraud on the court from prison, as Mr. Combs has never heard of him let alone been served with any lawsuit. Mr. Combs looks forward to having this judgment swiftly dismissed.”

Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith, is currently in jail for alleged criminal sexual conduct and kidnapping charges.
