Illegal Butt Injector Charged With Criminally Negligent Homicide Following The Death Of A Client Left At A Hospital

Two women brought 53 year old Maxine Messam to Jacobi Medical Center on Feb. 15, 2022 claiming they found her near a cemetery in need of help then left the hospital.   Maxine was later pronounced dead.  Now a New York woman is being charge with criminally negligent homicide for leave the woman half naked and unconscious following an alleged botched butt job.

Alicia Leslie, 47 yr old, of money earnin Mount Vernon, New York, is under arrest, several years after Maxine Messam of Bridgeport, Connecticut, died during an alleged unlicensed cosmetic procedure on her buttocks.  According to the criminal complaint, Leslie, who is also known as Toya, injected Messam with “a silicone substance.” According to reports, investigators found text messages between Leslie and Messam arranging to meet in Yonkers for the procedure. Police allege the injections caused Messam to suffer fatal cardiac arrest.
