IG Influencers Arrested Doing It For A Gram [VIDEO]

One of the hottest jobs smoking these days for young people, is to become somebodies social media influencer to make the big bucks just to scroll through their phone posting videos and pictures.  That’s where the term ‘doing it for the gram’ came from, gram meaning Instagram.  However two Instagram Influencer got it the phrase ‘doing it for the gram’ mixed up with ‘doing it for a gram’ after they got busted with 90718.474 grams.

Two female Instagram Influencers 34 year old Racquelle Dolores Anteola, of Van Nuys, California and 36 year old Melissa Dufour of Miramar, Florida, met at a party and were driving on Interstate 10 in Mobile County, Alabama when they were pulled over for a traffic violation.  The arrest came when the  K-9 unit discovered 217 pounds of cocaine hidden in secret compartments in the SUV they were traveling in.

“The vehicle’s back seat was modified with a steel aftermarket compartment,” “The SUV’s floor had also been lowered and welded back together to provide storage room. The second compartment was located in the back of the SUV, where the side panels were hollowed out.”

Now instead of posting videos for likes, they have made the news reel facing up to 10 years in jail on federal drug trafficking charges, while being held for now on a million dollar bond
