Hip Hop Legend and Longtime Manager, Debra Antney, Say’s Her Dropping Nicki Minaj Is False News [VIDEO]

Just yesterday we reported that according to sources of TheJasmineBrand, Nicki Minaj’s, longtime manager, Debra Antney, has cut ties with the rap superstar.  According to sources, the split stems from Nicki’s political views, specifically her alleged support of President Donald Trump and alignment with MAGA. Being told allegedly the differences created tension that ultimately led to Antney stepping away from her management role.  Ironically enough Deb Antney’s son is rapper Waka Flocka Flame who has expressed support for Donald Trump, stating in a November 2024 Instagram post that he chose to vote for him for his own reasons and that he is “all for independence”.  As of that time, neither Nicki Minaj nor Debra Antney had publicly addressed the reported fallout, but todays a new day and Deb Antney has responded.

Music executive Debra Antney in an apparent recent response post reposted a message on her Instagram Story labeling the claims as “false news” 

Update via TheJasmineBrand: Debra Antney reposted a message on Instagram suggesting the report may be inaccurate. Neither party has issued an official statement at this time. – We’ve also shared her response in a separate post.
