He Won’t Do It For The Gram, Is It A Red Flag?

We talk about red flags in relationships all the time in Reality Hour and Relationship Hour on Tuesday nights.  Red Flags such as did a person have too many prior relationships, to many kids, does the person drink too much, are they over bearing, speak aggressively, do they stalker traits.  The list goes on and on.  However it’s being reported that another red flag folks should be on the look out for is, if they won’t do it for the Gram i.e. Instagram or TikTok.

A woman, that goes by the user name of by @itscarlitav on TikTok recently shared a three-part video in which she detailed how a social media-based red flag led her to end her one-year relationship, because the boyfriend of one year didn’t want her to post him online.  What’s the big deal about him not wanting to be posted?  Everybody isn’t into social media like that nor having their personal business shared on social media.  In this case come to find out she discovered that he had allegedly been dating another woman “for two years.”

“My boyfriend told me that I could not post a picture of him. We’ve been together for a year, and he told me that I am not allowed to post a picture of him.”

What are your thoughts on someone not being posted on social media.  Is it a red flag or nah?
