H.E.R. Hit With $3 Mil Copyright Lawsuit Over “Focus” !? [VIDEO]

H.E.R. slayed America The Beautiful before The Super Bowl however songwriter and piano maestro Andre Sims is singing baby can you focus on me, in the tune of $3 million dollars, allegedly.

Did H.E.R. get caught with her, Hands in the soap ♫ ?

According to a report a copyright infringement lawsuit in New York federal court has allegedly been filed against, 23 year old Gabrielle Wilson better known as the Grammy winning artist H.E.R. , music producer Darhyl “DJ” Camper and Justin Love for the hit song “Focus”.  It is being alleged that DJ Camper went on social media and publicly admitted he saw Sims playing his own song “Endless Minds” on YouTube and then took what he heard and used it for H.E.R.’s smash hit song “Focus”.   Although Andre Sims is happy for H.E.R’s success he wants team H.E.R. to focus on running him his coins.  read Andre Sims exclusive interview here
