Former VP Kamala Harris Attended Graduation Of Student Who Wrote Her For Advice [VIDEO]

With all the negativity in politics that’s being reported on these days it’s a blessing to see our future generation of leaders aren’t deterred nor are the ones that came before them. 

Big ups are in order for this graduation season, as  Former Vice President Kamala Harris attended the graduation ceremony of a High School student who wrote her for advice of her future endeavors.

Though  Former Vice President Kamala Harris didn’t give a commencement speech, she felt it was important to make a surprise visit to Compton High School’s graduation, where spent the entire ceremony on stage as the more than 300 graduates and their families, because she was personally invited to the commencement by one of the school’s seniors named MyShay Causey.  

In a post on X, Kamala Harris said that her and MyShay Causey had a conversation when MyShay Causey saw Harris and her husband dining at a restaurant where she was an employee. 

“She wrote a note to me and shared it with him, telling me about her incredible work in her community and her dream to work in education policy,”  “We spoke on the phone, and she invited me to attend Compton High School’s graduation. It was my honor to attend her ceremony today and celebrate the outstanding Class of 2025.”
