Folks Might Not Be Going To Heaven On A Technicality…Invalid Baptism !? [VIDEO]

Wade in the water, Wade in the water, Wade in the water, children, God is gonna trouble these waters

Baptisms has been a tradition in religion since the beginning of time and you can make a argument to say that if a person only goes to Church once a year, on Easter, the one thing a person will hang on to is that at some point in time in there life, whether it had been by sprinkling or pouring water on the head, or by immersing in water either partially or completely, traditionally three times, once for each person of the Trinity, they had been Baptized.  However the trending story of the day is that some folks Baptism may not be legit due to a technicality.

Rev. Andres Arango, a priest with the Diocese of Phoenix,  has performed hundreds of baptisms however the Reverend has resigned after the Diocese said that Reverend Arango had performend the Baptisms wrong by incorrect wording saying  “we baptize you in the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit” when he should have been saying “I baptize you…”  throughout his religious career until June 17, 2021. But the rules on using the Baptismal Formula are strict, meaning that because of the incorrect wording, people that were baptized before that date are not Baptized and may have to get dunked again.

The crazier part is according to the Diocese the good Reverend has been doing it wrong since the beginning of his career in 1995.

As my Pastor always says, ‘don’t take my word for it, read it in the scripture for yourself’…Amen
