Fla. Woman Charged With Murder After She Ordered Her Rottweiler To Attack Her Boyfriends 9 Yr Old Daughter

A 9 year old princess lost her mother at a young age to Leukemia, left with only her father, only to be abused and killed by her father’s girlfriend allegedly.  According to reports a Florida woman is being charged with murder after she allegedly ordered her 100 lb Rottweiler to attack and kill her boyfriend’s 9 year old daughter.

In home security video from the night of June 15 allegedly showed 34-year-old Tyshael Elise Martin holding the leash on the family’s Rottweiler and giving the dog commands as it viciously attacked the 9 year old Jamaria Sessions.  Martin could allegedly be seen in the video kicking the motionless child, dragging her across the floor, and repeatedly striking and shaking her.  Investigators say the audio sounds as if Martin says, “I’m fixin’ to kill her.”

Martin is in Lake County Jail being held without bond, facings charges of first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse, and child neglect, while Jamaria’s father, Lojuan Sessions, Jamaria’s biological father, was arrested Friday in Orange County on a charge of aggravated manslaughter of a child in connection to the 9-year-old girl’s death.
