Faith Evans Is Being Sued By The Trust Of Biggie Smalls Mother For Allegedly Withholding Money From His Estate Valued At $100Mil

You learn so many things about people during weddings and funerals and funerals definitely after the dust settles can get ugly quick going from grieving to fighting.   According to reports, Wayne Barrow, who identifies himself as the trustee of the Voletta Wallace Revocable Trust (the trust of Biggie’s late mother, Voletta Wallace), has filed the suit. He claims Faith “wrongfully” withheld proceeds from a deal that Voletta arranged before her passing, as part of an alleged attempt to take over the estate.

AllHipHopobtained court documents detailing that the estate of the late Voletta Wallace, the mother of Christopher Wallace known as the rapper Biggie Smalls / Notorious B.I.G, is suing the 52-year-old singer for allegedly keeping the trust’s portion of the huge catalog sale. The lawsuit claims that Evans completely cut Christopher Wallace’s estate out of both the money and the business side of all operations after Biggie’s mom passed away in February making Faith Evans the sole manager of the estate.  Wayne Barrow, the trust manager, told Billboard that Faith Evans has been giving the money out to Christopher Wallace’s children Ty’anna and CJ and pocketing some of it for herself. However, the estate has allegedly received none of the funds. He even said that she has not been communicative and has been moving as if the trust does not even exist.
