Conservative Activist Charlie Kirk has passed away following being shot during a speaking event at Utah Valley University, by an unknown gunman from 200 yards away. Charlie Kirk, 31 years old, one the most influential figures on the right and founder and CEO of Turning Point USA, a powerful conservative youth organization active on more than 3,500 college campuses. Charlie Kirk hosted a popular podcast and was known for hosting “Prove Me Wrong” debates on college campuses. was going back and forth with a student about mass shootings involving transgender people when he was targeted, according to videos of the attack. In the wake of Charlie Kirk’s assignation a manhunt has been under way and it’s being reported that the manhunt is over as his alleged assassin has been captured.
President Donald Trump Friday morning made the announcement of Charlie Kirk’s alleged assassins capture:
“I think with a high-degree of certainty, we have him,” “essentially, someone who knew him turned him in.”
President Donald Trump did not provide the name of the suspect, nor the name of who turned the suspect in.

The suspect in Charlie Kirk’s assassination has been identified as 22-year-old Tyler Robinson, an Utah resident and student at Utah State University on a scholarship. According to law enforcement sources, Robinson allegedly shot and killed Kirk during a rally at Utah Valley University. After confessing to his father, Matt Robinson—a 27-year veteran of the Washington County Sheriff’s Department—authorities were alerted and Robinson was secured by his father before being taken into custody. His mother, Amber Robinson, works for Intermountain Support Coordination Services, which assists disabled individuals across Utah.
