Diddy Update: Bail Denied Facing Life In Prison

Breaking news last night was that Bad Boy Records founder Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs had been taken into federal custody in New York following a Grand Jury Indictment.  His attorney’s gave an update last night saying that he was being processed.

The update is Diddy pleaded not guilty to racketeering conspiracy; sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion; and transportation to engage in prostitution. Diddy then told the judge he was willing to wear a GPS monitor and promised to limit his travel from Miami to New York.  The judge response was that Diddy is to be held without bail pending trial.

54 year old, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs faces a sentence of up to life in prison, and a minimum of 15 years, if convicted of the three felony counts , opens new tab: racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution.
