Dethroned ‘Empire’ Star Jussie Smollett Celebrates His Birthday With Engagement Announcement

Dethroned FOX ‘Empire’  Jussie Smollett alleged that he was attacked in Chicago back in January of 2019.  According to the fallen ‘Empire’ star, Jussie Smollett, two MAGA supporters attacked him spewing racial and homophobic slurs, then put a noose around his neck.  A court said it was a hoax while Jussie Smollett has maintained his innocence and hasn’t been able to get away from the made for television real life drama.  However life goes on and so has Jussie Smollett’s has he celebrated his birthday with an engagement announcement.

Congratulations are in order as Jussie Smollett who turned 43 years old took to Instagram to announce his happy news sharing pics of himself down on one knee outside a restaurant asking for his partner, actor, Jabari Redd’s, hand in marriage.

“I’ll be spending my birthday with my Fiancé… He said YES. 💍.”
