Dallas Teacher Thought It Was A Good Idea To Send A Pic With Her Foot On A Students Neck?

Sometimes being funny can get you into trouble, especially when what you thought was funny, may not be funny to somebody else and more importantly disrespectful to the masses.

Justice was finally served in the murder of George Floyd with Derek Chauvin was found guilty on three murder charges after detaining George Floyd with his knee in his neck.  The guilty verdict caused tears of joy around the world because many doubted that justice would be served however there is a difference between tears of joy and in tears laughing and nothing about the case of George Floyd was funny.  But unfortunately a school teacher missed that lesson that may cost her, her job.

Allegedly what had happened was.

A Dallas elementary teacher told a 10 year old to take an assignment home and have it signed then return it to her, and if he didn’t she was going to put her foot on his neck.  Needless to say whatever was supposed to happen didn’t happen so the teacher as a joke sent his mom a text that read  “stage photo” then a picture of a foot on a young black child’s neck.  The mom looked at the photo understood it was a joke been then thought to herself okay funny, not funny, then showed it to someone else for their opinion.  Then you know the saying if you tell two friends, then they tell two friends then another and another then the next thing you know it’s on Facebook trending.

“I didn’t think anything of it. It was ‘ha, ha,’ and I moved on,” “The picture then began to bother me a little bit, showed it and my family got really upset about it.”

However the district didn’t find it funny either and immediately placed the teacher on administrative leave after becoming aware of the photo.
