D4vd Alleged Murder of Celeste Rivas Details Revealed That Included The Ordering Of 2 Chainsaws [VIDEO]

Back in September if 2025 we reported that, singer and songwriter, American singer and songwriter, David Anthony Burke, who uses the stage name D4vd, while on his “Withered” world tour and performing in Wisconsin, the discovery was made that a dead body was found in his Telsa.  According to Los Angeles Police Department is investigating a death in Los Angeles after investigators found decomposing human remains in the trunk of a car at a tow yard in Hollywood, Calif., on Monday, registered to singer D4vd.  It was later discovered that the remains belonged to 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez, who was reported missing on April 5, 2024.  It seemed like forever before they made an arrest and even a connection between D4vd and Celeste.  Now D4vd has been arrested and charged with the murder of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez.  Reportedly D4vd (David Anthony Burke) is charged with first-degree murder, mutilation of human remains, and lewd acts upon a child under 14, prosecutors allege he killed her to protect his career. He has pleaded not guilty and is held without bail.  

The prosecution now is revealing some gruesome details in regards to young Celeste murder.

Prosecutors have laid out a detailed and grisly timeline in their case against singer D4vd, who is accused of sexually abusing Celeste Rivas Hernandez starting when she was 13, then fatally stabbing her when she at 14 years old threatened to expose their relationship.  Celeste is believed to have been killed April 23, 2025, one day after she and d4vd, whose legal name is David Anthony Burke, had an argument in which she threatened to disclose damaging information about their relationship “to end his career and destroy his life,” 

According to new docs filed by prosecutors, investigators claim the singer stabbed Rivas to death at his Hollywood Hills home on April 23, 2025 after ordering an Uber to bring the 14-year-old all the way from her family’s home in Lake Elsinore, CA.  Once she was there, prosecutors allege D4vd stabbed Celeste to death and, the next day, ordered a shovel from Home Depot, which was delivered to his home through Postmates.  About a week later, on May 1, they allege he purchased two chainsaws from Amazon and 4 days later, followed up by buying a body bag, heavy-duty laundry bags and a blue, inflatable pool.  Prosecutors say allegedly D4vd “amputated her left ring and pinky fingers because her ring finger contained a tattoo of his name,” and that “her fingers have not been recovered.”
