Conservative Activist Charlie Kirk Dead Following Shooting At Utah Valley University, Manhunt Is Underway [VIDEO]

No matter what our views are, we are still children of God that live under the guise that we have the freedom of free speech in America.  Prayers are in order as Conservative Activist Charlie Kirk has passed away following being shot during a speaking event at Utah Valley University, by an unknown gunman from 200 yards away.

Here’s what we know…

Charlie Kirk, 31 years old, one the most influential figures on the right and founder and CEO of Turning Point USA, a powerful conservative youth organization active on more than 3,500 college campuses.  Charlie Kirk hosted a popular podcast and was known for hosting “Prove Me Wrong” debates on college campuses. was going back and forth with a student about mass shootings involving transgender people when he was targeted, according to videos of the attack. 

A suspect has not been identified in the death of Charlie Kirk, and state authorities said Wednesday evening a manhunt for the shooter is still in progress. Officials said two people who were taken into custody earlier were not tied to the shooting and were later released.

In addition to the shooting of conservative activist Charlie Kirk in September 2025, Minnesota State Senator John Hoffman and his wife were shot in June 2025, though they survived. Their survival followed a targeted attack in which Minnesota House Speaker Emerita Melissa Hortman was killed, with the FBI calling it a “horrific act of targeted violence”.

Chicago native Charlie Kirk was scheduled to speak in Cleveland, OH , Reps. Marcy Kaptur and Shontel Brown described the shooting as “abhorrent.”
