Congratulations are in order as Jharrel Jerome won Outstanding Lead Actor in a Limited Series or Movie for ‘When They See Us’ at the 2019 Emmy Awards.

Jharrel Jerome played the young and older Korey Wise in Ava Duvernay’s Netflix master piece ‘When They See Us’. Jharrel Jerome was the only actor that got to portray one of The Exonerated Five as a youth and an adult.
