Charles Oakley Is Running Back The Reason He Married Angela Oakley “Trying To Be Funny” [VIDEO]

It’s been no secret that former NBA star Charles Oakley and Real Housewives of Atlanta reality star Angela Oakley has had their share of ups and downs in their marriage, well at least we know that because new peach holder Angela Oakley, said it/showed it, during RHOA this season.  Recently a mystery guy who clearly doesn’t know or know of Charles Oakley that well popped on an event clowning talking about Charles being a cheater.  Oak bounced him out without physical incident however there is questions about how this mystery guy got into the mix in the first place.  The mystery man first accused Phaedra Parks of hiring to do what he did then he claimed Angela Oakley herself hired him.   Which landed us on ‘Why Did I Get Married Tre’ ‘ .  

Charles Oakley on a recent podcast was asked why did he marry Angela Oakley?  His viral response was “I don’t know…I think somebody might’ve put something in my drink that night”.

Now it seems that Charles Oakley is running back those comments in a video with his wife Angela Oakley as the cameraman saying when he made those comments he was just “trying to be funny”

Charles Oakley and Angela Oakley have been married since July of 2016, celebrating their 8th wedding anniversary in 2025.
