Cassie Ventura’s Mother Testifies About Taking A $20K Home Equity Loan To Pay Diddy Not Release A Sex Tape

It sounds like Diddy was playing dirty bullying, according to the testimony of Cassie Ventura’s mother,  Regina Ventura.  According to mother Ventura, she had to take a home equity loan out on her house to get Diddy to not release her daughters sex tape.

According to reports, Regina Ventura, gave testimony today in regards to alleged abuse and threats from Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, in the ongoing federal criminal trial against the ‘Bad Boy Records’ founder.

Regina Ventura, recounted a disturbing December 2011 email from Cassie, in which her daughter described threats from Diddy to release explicit videos and harm her and her then-partner, Kid Cudi (real name Scott Mescudi).  Regina testified that Diddy demanded $20,000, claiming it was to recover expenses he had allegedly spent on Cassie. In response, she and her husband took out a home equity loan to gather the money, which was wired to Bad Boy Records. The funds, however, were returned days later without explanation.

Regina Ventura also had photos of Cassie Ventura’s injuries from the alleged abuse and spoke of a time when Diddy allegedly took Cassie’s phone that required police intervention.

Oddly enough, the defense reportedly chose not to cross-examine Regina Ventura.
