Cassie Ventura Is Breaking Her Silence On 2016 Video of Her And Diddy Hotel Incident

Cassie Venture a few months back reached an undisclosed settlement with Diddy.  On Friday a 2016 surveillance video obtained exclusively by CNN shows Diddy grab, shove, drag, and kick his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura during an altercation.   Then on Sunday Diddy posted an apology video, to what was seen in the 2016 surveillance video, however the apology video didn’t mention Cassie’s name.  When social media questioned why the omission of Cassie’s name in the public apology the explanation given was that Diddy legally because of an NDA say Cassie’s name publicly.

Since Friday many celebrities, companies etc. etc. have much to say as well as unfollowing to do, but Cassie has remained silent, until now.

Cassie Ventura has released a statement via her Instagram expressing her gratitude for the support she is receiving in the midst of this storm. 

“Thank you for all of the love and support from my family, friends, strangers and those I have yet to meet,”  “The outpouring of love has created a place for my younger self to settle and feel safe now, but this is only the beginning.”

Cassie went on to say how she is doing today along with a message with those who are going through what she has.

 “I offer my hand to those that are still living in fear. Reach out to your people, don’t cut them off. No one should carry this weight alone.”
