Bravo Is In A Court Battle With Former RHOA Brit Eady For $20mil Over Kenya Moore Incident [VIDEO]

Bravo is at the center of a $20 million court battle with former Real Housewives Of Atlanta Brit Eady over an incident that went down with former RHOA Kenya Moore during season 16, when filming event at Kenya Moore’s hair spa, Moore displayed poster boards featuring explicit, sexually suggestive images that she alleged depicted Eady, that later come to find out wasn’t Eady.  Before we even seen season 16 of RHOA, Kenya Moore was suspended and Brit Eady called it a wrap at the end.  Brit Eady is now suing Bavo saying that she was endured sexual harassment and emotional distress due to an incident with Kenya Moore while filming.  Bravo is fighting back saying hold up Brit Eady knew what it was before she even signed on.

In their response, Bravo said that the contract Brit Eady signed to appear on ‘RHOA’ warned her of “provocative conduct or speech from other cast members” and specifically noted, “that production could involve stressful or emotionally challenging other cast members, and that production could involve stressful or emotionally challenging circumstances.”  Bravo also say’s on top of Eady knowing what the show was like before she even signed on for season 16, they suspended Kenya Moore pretty much indefinitely and asked Eady to return in which she declined and Bravo is asking the judge to dismiss Brit’s case in its entirety.

Brit Eady’s specific Bravo salary for The Real Housewives of Atlanta has not been publicly reported, though she is recognized as a successful insurance agency owner and entrepreneur with a reported net worth of approximately $2.5 million.

Brit Eady had withdrawn her $20 Million lawsuit then filed a new 61-page federal complaint in the Southern District of New York levied against NBC Universal, Bravo TV, and Truly Original amongst others named.
