Black Panther: Wakanda Forever Trailer Has Dropped [VIDEO]

Box office smash ‘The Black Panther’ with a predominately all black cast starring the late Chadwick Boseman dropped in  2018.  The Marvel movie that drew in Marvel fans as well as others had people across America chanting Wakanda Forever with pride at the futuristic film showing black people prospering in their own kingdom as Kings and Queens.

After the shocking passing of Chadwick Boseman after succumbing to cancer, fans were saddened as well as wondering would their be a ‘Black Panther’ sequel and could it be as powerful as the first.

It’s now 2022 as we are on the back end (prayerfully) of the COVID-19 pandemic while walking in the wake of continued police brutality of people of color and social injustices, it seems in November the box offices will be people a platform to raise their fist to Wakanda once again.  And Judging by the trailer the power of ‘The Black Panther’ sequel will be equally if not more powerful than before.

According to Marvel president Kevin Feige

“we’ve talked about the past, we’ve talked about the future, now it’s time to talk about… Forever.”

Masterful director/filmmaker and father of ‘The Black Panther’, Ryan Coogler addressed an audience before releasing the official trailer.

“Five years ago, sat about right there, we premiered the first footage form Black Panther 1, and sitting next to me right there on my left was… the late, great Chadwick Boseman,” Coogler recalled, tearing up a bit. “Standing here with y’all right now, listening to that music, I promise you, I can feel his hand on me right now,”

“Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” hits theaters on November 11, 2022
